  • Overseeing the organization of the Secretary-General's communications (issued and incoming) and follow up the actions taken.
  • Following-up correspondence with the Federal Minister of Health office.
  • Classifying and keeping private correspondence issued and received and document them in accordance with professional standards.
  • Developing and save the full archive of the board.
  • Organizing and arrange meetings of the Secretary General with internal and external bodies.
  • Accompanying the Secretary General during field visits.
  • Preparing presentations about progress and achievements of the Board in coordination with the Planning Directorate.
  • Carrying out the tasks assigned to him by the Secretary General within his TORs.
