Directorate of Human Resources

  • Implementing laws, decisions, regulations and instructions in the area of personnel affairs and applying the procedures for recruitment, leave, grants, scholarships and preparing budget of posts.
  • Implementing laws, decrees, regulations and instructions on merits, pensions, rewards and additional wages.
  • Implementing laws, procedures, regulations and instructions for promotions and recruitments.
  • Participating in the preparation of the budgets of the Board.
  • Providing proposals for human resources needs in coordination with other directorates.
  • Following-up requests for employment, in terms of policy and procedures for advertising, interviewing and evaluation, selection, contracting, in accordance with the approved instructions and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Participating in the development of long-term training plans for staff in collaboration with directorates’ managers based on job descriptions..
  • Developing and implementing daily attendance control system in consultation with directors according to the nature of the work and the administrative level of the employees.
  • Organizing and maintaining of "individual" records for staff and other records required for the management of administrative affairs.
