Implementing laws, procedures, regulations and instructions for promotions and recruitments.
Participating in the preparation of the budgets of the Board.
Providing proposals for human resources needs in coordination with other directorates.
Following-up requests for employment, in terms of policy and procedures for advertising, interviewing and evaluation, selection, contracting, in accordance with the approved instructions and personnel policies and procedures.
